The Kolorlan System evolved out of Katie's personal journey from a diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome (from which she was told she would never recover), back to full health.

During that journey, Katie realised that what she was discovering was actually far bigger than simply recovering from a debilitating illness. She found herself realising the illness was more like a symptom in itself - a symptom of how she had become disconnected from her dreams, her emotions, everything that made her the unique soul she was here to express.

At some point, her journey became one of reconnecting to the fullness of herself: doing deep inner work to heal shadows, reintegrate wounded inner children, and explore and discover the yearnings of her soul.

This, she realised, was really what energy is about. We are energy - and that isn't simply a statement of physics - it is an exploration of everything that makes us unique, allows each of us to shine a light in the darkness. You - your energy - is that light.
