Shipping policy
In-stock items will be shipped within 1 business day (orders placed before 12 noon UK timezone), using Royal Mail tracked services. For items placed on back order (i.e., not in stock), or custom items, we will email you upon receipt of your order to advise you of the expected time to ship your order.
Customers are responsible for any import duties charged on goods entering their country, subject to the local laws of that country.
Once accepted into the Royal Mail system, customers are responsible for taking delivery of their item. We cannot be held responsible for items that are returned by the shipping carrier because a customer failed to arrange for redelivery or collection. When returned to us, items can be re-shipped, but we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee to cover the costs of re-shipping. Alternatively, the customer may request a refund of their goods, subject to our returns and refunds policy.
