How does this work?

Start by placing your order now. Your kit will be sent to you in November. Worldwide shipping is free, so your total investment is the price shown when you order.

I will send you an email with tracking details when your package ships. Then, you can look out for a beautiful golden package containing your gorgeous gift box with everything you need plus a few surprise gifts for you.

You will receive a separate email with the link to join the launch party on Zoom, and also the access link to your Advent Calendar community space online.

As you await the beginning of Advent, contemplate the intentions you would like to set for the year ahead.

During Advent

Each day, just head into the special private online space where you will open your Advent Calendar door.

Behind each door awaits a beautiful, calming ritual that will invite you to use a specific colour gel pen to colour a set number of small areas in your sacred geometry image. Katie will guide you through the colour meanings, supporting you with clearing emotional blocks and calling in clarity to support your intention.

You get to decide which areas to colour and, as you add more colours each day, you will be creating a stunning piece of Kolorlan frequency art that is unique to you and embodies all that you need to enjoy abundance and support as the New Year begins.

After Advent

You can frame your artwork and display it somewhere so you can continue to benefit from the calming, energetically balancing Kolorlan frequencies throughout the year.

Do you need to be artistic or creative?

Advent Calendar Kit & Event: Frequently Asked Questions

When will my Advent colouring kit ship?

All orders will ship from early November onwards. You will receive an email with tracking details when your kit is dispatched.

What is the postage/shipping cost for me?

Shipping is free, no matter where in the world you live. Your kit will be sent using a Royal Mail tracked service and you will receive an email with the tracking link so you can monitor its progress.

If you decide to add some additional items from the Kolorlan store to your order, you will need to pay shipping on those. So, you would then see a shipping fee applied to when you check out.

When is the Zoom launch party?

It will take place at 7pm UK time (that's 2pm EST, 1pm CST, 12 noon MST, 11am PST, 8pm Central Europe) on Thursday 27th November 2025.

You will automatically receive your invite link to join when you purchase your kit. I will also send out reminders close to the time.

What if I can't attend the Zoom launch party?

No problem - you will receive a replay and you still get all the benefits of being there with us live.

How big is the Sacred Geometry image?

It is A4 size, so will fit standard frames and mounts when you have finished colouring.

What is the Sacred Geometry image I will be colouring?

Your exact Sacred Geometry image is a surprise that will be revealed in your kit. This particular geometry has a powerful meaning, so emits a beautiful balancing energetic frequency. I will reveal the meaning at the live Zoom launch party.

The images that you see in the video or photos were geometries used in previous years. This year, we have something brand new that is just as beautiful and creates a stunning piece of art. If you feel called to this, then trust it is meant to benefit you!

Do I need any artistic skill?

No - this is perfect for all. Just bring your curiosity and open-ness. Katie will guide you through the colours each day, you will be instructed how many areas to fill. So, you cannot go wrong!

How long will this take me each day?

You can expect to spend around 10 minutes colouring each day - longer if you desire more relaxation.

This is designed to be manageable so you can fit it into a busy schedule and still enjoy the benefits of creating a place of calm to balance your nervous system.

Just a few minutes of mindful relaxation, when practiced regularly, can have an enormous positive impact on your health and wellbeing.

What kind of transformation can I expect?

Mindful colouring has been demonstrated to calm the nervous system, so you can certainly expect to release stress and tension each day as you colour.

Studies into setting intentions have also shown that when we take time to focus and align with our desires, we are able to gain the clarity and insight to support us in manifesting them more effectively. So, depending on your level of curiosity and open-ness, you may experience profound changes in your approach to daily life.

What is the online community space like?

This is housed on the Circle App. You don't need to have an existing account - you will simply receive a link to click and join the community space.

Within that space, you will open you virtual Advent Calendar door each day (by clicking on a link), and receive guidance for your daily ritual.

If you desire, you can interact and chat with others in this event space. So, you can share progress, ask questions and connect with like-minded people from around the world.

You will also gain automatic access to Katie's wider Find My Energy community which offers advice, guidance and tips for managing your energy, avoiding burnout, reducing stress, and reconnecting to your true Self.

All items are shipped using tracked services and you will receive a tracking reference when your order is fulfilled.

Regrettably, at present, we do not ship to the EU. For all orders, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they take delivery of items and arrange redelivery if the carrier requests this. Once your order has been placed in the hands of the carrier, we cannot request changes. You will be able to track its progress using the tracking number emailed to you.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS? (Click here to read)

For in-stock items, orders placed by 12-noon will ship the same day (or next working day if your order is placed over a weekend). In-stock items ordered after 12-noon will ship the next working day.

For custom-made items, including coasters, artwork and sculptures, processing times vary, depending on the nature of your order. Please read the individual product description for more details, or send us a message if you need any further clarification.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS (Click here to read)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at katie@findmyenergy.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Little Chalfont, Bucks, United Kingdom 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or any of the customised coasters or artwork) cannot be returned or exchanges. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We cannot refund shipping charges.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds cover the original cost of goods only: shipping is not refunded, unless you cancel the order before it has shipped. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
