Personalised Kolorlan Mats for Structuring Water

Commission a unique Kolorlan mat to support you or your pet with structured water for drinking. It's very simple: Stand your water jug or your pet's water bowl on the mat and allow the frequency emitted by the geometry to restructure the crystals in your water.
Each of us has a unique frequency to which we will respond in the most optimal way. When commissioning your own personalised mat, you are receiving a frequency that is optimised to support you or your pet or loved ones.
The mats are made from glass, each design is unique and is hand-coloured. Mats measure 8"x10" (20cm x 25cm) and arrive in a beautiful presentation gift box. Please remember to add a note to your order to let us know who the mat is for (just the name of the person/pet is fine). Thank you!

All items are shipped using tracked services and you will receive a tracking reference when your order is fulfilled.
UK Shipping rates: Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked24
- £2.99 for orders under £8.50
- £5.99 for orders £8.51 to £49.99
- FREE for orders over £50
International Shipping Rates: Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked
- £8.00 for orders under £8.50
- £15.00 for orders £8.51-24.99
- £23.00 for orders £25.00-£79.99
- £31.00 for orders over £80.00
Regrettably, at present, we do not ship to the EU. For all orders, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they take delivery of items and arrange redelivery if the carrier requests this. Once your order has been placed in the hands of the carrier, we cannot request changes. You will be able to track its progress using the tracking number emailed to you.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS? (Click here to read)
For in-stock items, orders placed by 12-noon will ship the same day (or next working day if your order is placed over a weekend). In-stock items ordered after 12-noon will ship the next working day.
For custom-made items, including coasters, artwork and sculptures, processing times vary, depending on the nature of your order. Please read the individual product description for more details, or send us a message if you need any further clarification.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS (Click here to read)
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at katie@findmyenergy.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Little Chalfont, Bucks, United Kingdom
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or any of the customised coasters or artwork) cannot be returned or exchanges. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We cannot refund shipping charges.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds cover the original cost of goods only: shipping is not refunded, unless you cancel the order before it has shipped. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
